thank you for the reply i am always liable. i didn't understand what you meant: reduced to a judgment and that california doesn't care about cohabitation. i do have a judgement ordering him to pay support for 24 months or until death or my remarriage, whichever comes first. i haven't received payment since june. what is the law on cohabitation if he isn't working? thanks again.
