Question

Spousal support

What is the name of your state? California. I have been recieving spousal support, now he is applying for VA social security. Will my support which I am dependant on stop?

----> Not soley for that reason. He may ask for a modification if his income is being lowered.

Is he applying for VA or SS? Or both? VA social security does not exsist.

Were you married for at least 10 years? Are you aware you can apply and receive part of his VA and or SS if you qualify?
