spousal support

W
hat is the name of your state? Indiana I have been married for 30 years, and my husband has filed for divorce. I have an uncurable liver disease and am not able to work full time. Is he required to pay spousal support before the divorce is final? I have no other source of income.:confused:

Get an emergency hearing for a spousal support and maintance.
If you are still married, he is still responsible. Get a lawyer involved. Also, file for welfare and fed. assistance if your state will let you.l
