What is the name of your state? Guam
My parents have been separated for 20 years (they were married in the Philippines). My father has been residing in Guam for more than 25 years (he's already a naturalized citizen). My mother just joined me in Guam almost 5 years ago. My question: is my mother entitled to any kind of financial support (she has no job at the moment) from my father? If so, how much? My father earns approximately $60,000 annually and has not been supporting my mother for the past 25 years. Your advice is greatly appreciated. |
