What is the name of your state? ca my husband and i have been married 13 yrs . after too many trys were divorcing again,heres the thing my income is and has beenlow his higher i only want a place to live nothing more! will a court grant me spousal support hes living large and i have0 do i have aright to at least ask for support to get a life? also he got fired and 401 was given he opened himself achecking account in his name only what is the deal with that
