spousal support

What is the name of your state? nebrasks. i have been with my husband 11 years and married 7. things started getting bad when i started to see he was withdrawing money daily and bills were falling behind. so we would argue over that and i still would not get a anwer and he would leave for days at a time and would say it is none of my business were he was or what he was doing with the money. he left in a rage on jan 31st because i would not argue with him and has not come back. he keeps saying he is going to take everything and will not help me out. since he was the one who left am i entiled to any spousal support and can he just up and walk out and come back for what he wants from the home. when i do get a hold of him he will not be civel at all. can he treat me like this? it boarders on emotional abuse. i keep pleding with him to stop and all i get from him is, to bad i don't care among other words. don't know were to go from here.

You go file for divorce from here. Right now everything you and he have is still joint and he has as much right to it as you do and he doesn't have to give you anything. See an attorney, file for divorce and make sure the attorney sees to your best interests. This can bar him from making certain moves and taking certain steps.
