spousal support

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? arkansas

ARKANAS my ex husband was ordered to pay $3000 for spousal support in 60 days from the divorce date, which he has failed to do. What steps do I need to take to enforce this action? I can not afford an attorney and was told that i need to file a motion? what kind of motion would that be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I believe the form you need can be found here:

Look for "Circuit Court-Domestic Relations Division" Cover Sheet and Instructions.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. My advice is based on the law and not deemed to necessarily apply to the specifics of your case. The devil is in the details after all.
