Spousal SupportWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Californi Am I Required to pay spousal support, I was only married 2 years and 8 months. My soon to be ex wife is not a legal citizen on the U.S, and during our seperation she took all of our aquired assets, and I mean everything!! |

| WRONG in this case. The judge doesn't have to make him responsible for supporting his ex wife. He might have made HIMSELF responsible due to the fact that his wife is NOT a US citizen. Depends on HOW she in this country.
