spousal support?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pa
If the wife gets fired from her job for coming to work drunk a year before her separation is she still able to get spousal support?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

being fired from work and being drunk is not cause to NOT receive spousal support.

How long was the marriage?

What has the income difference been during the marriage?

What is the income capability of the party seeking support?

How much does the other spouse earn, and what are their other financial obligations (child support, marital debts, individual debts, SS to anyone else, etc?
