what is stopping you from getting a job?

look, the reality is, you will not be getting spousal support through a divorce with such a short marriage.

maintanence support? well that only last until the finalization of the divorce. and it will not be enough to live on.

if his commanding officer isn't going anything, then you need to talk to THAT man's commanding officer.

I'm looking for one, since the job market is slow that's the reason i don't have one yet.I don't expert him to support me for the rest of my life ,I'm just asking for support until i get a job since he was the one who made me leave my job in VA,not only i don't have a job I'm Homeless I couldn't pay for the rent so they kicked me out.
By the military law he have to support me:

MILPERSMAN 1754-030 is
the government instruction for support of dependents. According to this
instruction, 1/3 of the service member's base pay *should* go to
supporting his wife per month.
His base pay is his BAH (not OHA) plus his base pay (about $4626).
One-third is approximately $1542. This support can include any car
payments that he's helping her with, or joint bills, cell phone bills,
etc. This is just a suggested amount, not taking into consideration
that he's supporting a previous child.

A Sailor COULD be a woman, but the use of the pronoun "he" when referring to the spouse kinda makes the sailor-spouse a male.

Of course the same would apply if the service member were a woman, correct?? Or is our military just as bias as the courts??

You're welcome, please let us know how the military chain of command handles your case after you submit your complaint to them in WRITING.

Because it would appear that you're misunderstanding either it or how it may or may not apply to you....
