Spousal Support after Divorce in Alabama

What is the name of your state? Alabama

Been divorced for six years and want to know if I can go back to court and get a better settlement or at least more spousal support. His income has increased dramatically and I am at poverty level.

It's unlikely. Alimony these days is intended to give you a chance to get back on your feet, not for you to live on indefinitely.
