Spousal Support Modification

What is the name of your state? wv
I have a couple of questions regarding spousal support and future expectancy.Facts: 1).Been divorced sine May 04.The wife was injured in an automobile accident a few months prior to our separation. Responsible party only had 15K liability and our auto insurance underinsured moteorist rider paid her 200k and my work health insurance has paid well over one million. She is unable to work. 2).During the marriage I used my inheritance towards my family with the stipulation "future expectancy" that her inheritance could be used towards our retirement nest egg in addition to 200 acres of land with harvestable timber. She received 1/2 of her mother's estate this past summer and now claims that she onlty received 120k and was applying this towards a home as well as purchasing a new vehicle. This is well understated because she received 1/2 interest in her mother's home and automobile.I was told 5 yrs ago that her mother's investments was around 500k.
3). currently I pay $1600 per month spousal support, have remarried and my income cannot support 2 households. My cuurent wife is unable to work as well.
Question: Spousal support language in the final order did not specify rehabilitative support. Can my spousal be used a property settlement and therefore I could have an entitlement to a portiion of her inheritance as my future expectancy? 2). Are the contents of an estate probate a matter of public record in order to show the amount that she received? She now has income to help support herself and will have future income from timber harvesting in the near future? I am only asking for a substantial reduction in spousal support. thank you
