spousal support possible if..

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH
Been married for less than 6 months. No children. No assests and no common accounts and nothing to divide. Both have been full time student. She's still in school and i've recently graduated. We are filing for dissolution soon ( haven't yet but we've only lived together a few weeks and we've been separated for the past couple months) but I've just picked up a job and she still has some school left. Can she claim for spousal support since I now have an income?
Thanks.

No...the marriage is simply too brief for that to be a possibility. The exception to that might be if somehow your marriage has impacted her financial aid. If that is the case then you might be on the hook for some very temporary spousal support. Other than that, your marriage is simply too short for spousal support to be an issue.
