No unless he does something to draw attention to himself.I know somebody who was returning from a visit to the Ukraine (wife shopping).At the airport he became verbally abusive because the inspectors were scattering his cloths around while searching through his luggage.They decided to do a background check on him and bingo he had a failure to appear warrant in Texas.
