What is the name of your state?ct.
My union mite be going on stike next month.I would like to know what would happen if I do not pay my temp. alimony if the strike dos go down?No kids so there is nothing there just alimony.

My response:

Courts couldn't care less about YOUR strike. The courts care about THEIR court orders being obeyed. Therefore, either get yourself another paying job, or risk going to jail for "Contempt of Court."

Courts consider "strikes" the same as "voluntary quitting".
