m husband commited adultery,and left home,now he said he wont give me money because he has to start a new life,i'm not working at this moment,what i can do about it?

You can file a petition for divorce and include in it a petition for spousal support. Whether or not you get it will depend on the details of your information and WHAT STATE YOU LIVE IN.
