termination of supportWhat is the name of your state? PA I would like to know if anyone is aware of any cases (anywhere in the US, not just Pennsylvania) where support/alimony has been terminated based on cohabitation even if the two do not live toghether for the entire year. My ex-wife is engaged to be married, because of his work he must be out of state for approx 3/4 of the year, but, they spend the remainder of the year together (specifically, several months through the summer) and the majority of all holidays/vacations because he is out of town, they maintain 2 houses (one in each state) is there a time frame re: how much time must be spent together to qualify for "cohabitation" |
