Is There anything I can do....What is the name of your state? New Jersey I was married 20 years, Now divorced 2+ years. My Attorney did not explain what permanent was... And I was so upset to have to get divorced that I just agreed . The courts didn't even look at how much money she received from the House,401k & pension. The panel & Judge gave my ex 375 a week alimony plus I have to pay child support also. My ex was given a salary of 24,000 which today she makes about 30 to 35. My salary is about 3 times hers. I beleive that my wife is gay(always with the same women day/night,Vacations). She wont come clean.. Since , I agreed with permanent support(I was mislead, confused) is there any way to have this changed so that I dont have to pay for the rest of my life. She will probably never get married again.... Any help, Please |

huh?If you need an attorney to tell you what permanent means, you have more problems than just some alimony payments. |
