TRO/custody

new jersey
I just terminated my relationship with my fiancee, because she kept harrassing me at work with infidelaties, she allowed me to see my daughter 3 times per week - 2 hours after work--- plus continue giving her 3/4 of my pay,if I wanted to keep seeing my daughter. this only lasted one week. When i asked her to let me have my daughter for longer and at least 1 overnight since I was starting my vacation---She said over my dead body---she stormed out yelling " take me to court"! I went outside and yelled at her! I now have a TRO. I am between a rock and a hard place. I have all the proof she is hit me before can I use this in court. and what is a no cotact order? I have a good career and can"t have my record tainted by these false allegations., let alone the relationship with my 2 year old daughter. She has restrained me from talking to everyone in her family. Mind you she rental property; and is still demanding alot of support.---she make alot more money than I do.

Three months ago you were told that you needed to take things to court to get custody and parenting time established. Our advice hasn't changed.
