Un-allocated Family SupportWhat is the name of your state? Illinois I am in the middle of a Divorce with a 604b evaluation in progress. I was ( by an agreed order ) ordered to pay "Un-allcoated Family Supprot" ( which is now a little more than 1/2 of my pay. At first I had no problem with this because I understand that it was child support and stuff for the family all rolled into one. However, Now that my " soon-to-be-X" has not only a job but 2 ( yes 2) guys living in the house I would like to ammend the agreed order and start simply paying child support. I owe My lawyer $ and I'm still trying to finish paying the 604b evaluator. I was wondering if I could file a motion to ammend the agreed order myself? And if so how? Thx |

| That's a bit of a catch-22 tho, Jet. Beth told him to post the question here, which actually does seem like a better fit, topic-wise. |

| Correctimundo. I have deleted my erroneous mis-direction. And my answers: "I was wondering if I could file a motion to ammend the agreed order myself?" *** Yes. "And if so how?" *** By drawing up the motion in proper format and submitting to the court. Then appearing at the hearing and presenting your case in accordance with state rules. Seriously though, the family courts are not meant to be 'small claims', nor will the court assist you in your pro se process. You will be expected to be knowledgable on the legal processes involved. If you are not, you will be at a huge disadvantage against someone who is.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
