Where could I find this information concerning the violations of the dissolution of marriage agreement on the internet? Other info that may be helpfull. What do I do if this happens? Do I file a compalint with the states attorney or what? |

| Your ex-husband is bound to the terms of the final decree. If he does not pay you the amount the judge ordered him to pay you each month, then use the same attorney you had for the divorce, if you can, and ask for a finding of contempt of court for non-payment of the monthly amount. That's what the previous answer said--yes, he has to go back to court and seek a modification; he can't just make a change in the order without going to court. Obviously, he had his day in court and the judge ordered him to pay you $X each month and that's what he has to do. It seems to me he's yanking your chain. Remember, when he became your ex, he lost yanking rights!
