Unrealistic Proposal for Settlement

What is the name of your state? New York

I seem to be a regular here.. thanks to those that dedicate their time....

My current question: I earn 110,000 per year and bring home 5300 a month after taxes, etc. My ex is proposing the following:

3200 a month for 4 years
2800 a month for next 4 years

29% childsupport

I pay private school tuition
If you add all that up, it totals approx 73,400 a year. I only bring home approx 64000 a year. They are not taking my living into account. They indicated that it is NOT to be used for courtroom litigation. My lawyer also made me sign releases for my credit cards, so they can check into my charges. I feel the plan is to push my back to the wall and hope I sign this joke...

What is your take..
