what can i expect ?

What is the name of your state? Alabama My husband is a truck driver, and has suddenly informed me he has met someone and would like a nice clean divorce, he says he still loves me but isnt in "love" with me any more! altogether we have been married 30 years- I divorced and remarried him twice, the last time 12 yrs. ago. after our 2nd divorce he gave me the house and bills, i was working at the time , got layed off and lost the house, so I bought another little house that needed lots of work, back he comes , I marry him again but house was in my name only, after we had been married about 5 yrs i decided he now deserved to have his name on it too { we borrowed money to fixit up }
He changed companies and now makes very good money, has made over 18,ooo since july.. meantime I retired, i am older then he is but I only get 460.00 a month! he wants to give me the house [needs more repairs] which i usualy do myuself if i can] the old tractor, and whats in the checking acct. which is only about 7000 $$$ I think I should get some alimony, and house, still owe bunch on house, not a fancy place! all he wants is his clothes and his 94 chevy silverado king cab, I have a 92 buick. what do you think my chances of getting house AND alimony??
all this caught me by complete surprise.... no warning Im getting madder by the minute.. need some advice
