When does PSS end?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

Hello- I was granted PSS for almost 2 years recently. I am certain the final divorce date will happen sometime this year. What is the likelihood I will stop receiving PSS or will the order still stand after the divorce?

PSS meaning pendete lite spousal support? Not enough information. How long were you married? What is the difference in earning CAPABILITIES? Are you looking for a job? Have you found a job? What is your education? What is your age? Your spouse's age?

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

PSS- post separation support (not sure if that is the same thing that you mentioned.)

Married almost 6 years, both of us are 31.

I left my career 5 years ago to go back to college, I have not finished yet due to constant relocation from his job.

5 different cities in as many years- I am currently in school, I have 2 years left.(he makes 50K a year- I was a SAHM most of the time, doing part-time jobs here and there. Our plan was I would finish college, re-enter the workforce then he would do the same thing I did.)

I am looking, but have not found a job yet. I do waitress from time to time when I have the means to get to work- husband retained all the vehicles.

Don't count on it for more than two years and even then it is possible it could end at the date of the final divorce hearing.
