WIC/Food Stamps

What is the name of your state? Maryland

Me & my ex separated iin August...No legal separation as of yet but will see a mediator at the end of this month...

My ex filed for food stamps and/or WIC even though i had the kids on average of five nights a week....She has also stated that she had custody of the kids to these places which isnt the case as that is pending in an eventual court room? What can i do?!?
