actually she should buy you out now so that your credit is not tied up -- you would be risking your credit for far too long if you wait.

And be prepared that you knowing about her unreported cash could bite you if you filed joint tax returns.

so that you know i just found out about her little cash money scam , she lied to me about her income because i only went by her w-2 she always said that she barely made any cash or tips. which is a lie, one of her co-worker metion it to me that she is the top money maker at her job and it happend to be that the accountant that they use i know him so if i have to i will have the court subpeona them as well. also i spoke to the attorney and was advised that she can ask for the world but the chances of judge awarding her the house, alimony and legal fees paid are slim to none in my case**************.thats why i am upset that we can't settle this without attorney's involved .. Why can anyone here on this blog give me straight answers, i feel like no one has the knowledge to advice properly, everyone here seems to advise in a i guess situation or in a joking way which is offensive in a siyuation like this and not with real facts, what good is this site if all i get is answers that my child can give me .

You have received the answers to your legal questions. Can she ask for all of this? Yes. Will she get it? Possibly. And, you have been warned about several other issues as well.

As for the rest, well perhaps your juvenile use of the expression "WOMEN"
could have something to do with that.

By the way, this isn't a blog, and the word "I " is capitalized. Proper punctuation would probably be a little too much to ask, as would spell check, apparently.

And I could have received that from MY child.

Well Fairisfair i did not join this site to be lectured on typing or clerical errors i clearly see i am dealing with incompetent people here, and not real professionals. i also see you all are based on your exp and not on case by case situation. i have a friend that was able to even get child custody even when his ex wife was able and willing to do so she isa very wealthy women with lots of property yet she lost the battle, as for him he is a business onwer and managed to even get alimony form her, something you should think about. i think everyone here are just people with just bad court divorce exp or maybe the guys that are to proud of themself to stand up for thier rights with no attorney to defend them.

Hiring an attorney is a good start. Arming yourself with knowledge will be a huge help to you and your case even when you do have an attorney. Read up on the laws, you can find them in chapter 61 of the Florida statutes at www.flsenate.gov/STATUTES.
