He tried to have it thrown out by pointing out that I did not have legal counsel and that it was presented less than 7 days prior to the wedding.

It seemed like this all fell on def ears.

As to spousal support it was outlined in the prenup that I wavied my right to it.

Again I was told that my not be contionable (im sure i spelled that wrong...sorry) and my attorney is trying for that still. My attorney said that he felt that I was entitled to what's called "Wife Wages" because of how the prenup was written I couldn't get what I would normally be entitled too and that divorce court presumably being an equitable court, that this could be a way for the judge to award me something in what is so obviously a one sided matter.

Ya know...all I wanted was 10% of our assets so that I could start over with the kids, and after he cheated on me and kept a home that I designed and we built together, the boats horses, cars everything. It's just wrong!
No. What is wrong is that you signed a contract and are now griping that he expects you to live up to the terms of the contract. That is a big issue. YOU bear some of the responsibility here. You designed and the two of you built it? Yet he had it before you were married to him.

Nothing stated by me should be taken as giving you legal advice or forming an attorney/client relationship. The devil is in the details after all.

FWIW, "conscionable" - acceptable or permissible according to conscience.
