Simple Web Hosting Contract Template?

What is the name of your state? NJ

Hello,

I was wondering if any of you know of a free web hosting contract that would deem me (the owner of the server) not liable/responsible for the content of the people hosted by me and absolve me of any responsiblity for anything that anybody may want to sue for.

Is it legal to copy one from a web hosting site? I don't think it is, but I'm no expert.

There is nothing that can keep someone from suing you and you having to spend monies to defend the action even if you set yourself up as not liable.
