What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Washington

I was just told that my 15 yr old daughter might have a warrant in Kansas. She had been ordered to testify for a kid she went to school with that was accused of catching something on fire. She came out here to live now and her father never contacted the court or attornies to find out what to do. He never told me about ANY of it, and my daughter trusted her dad to take care of it. What do I do to find out if there is a warrant or not, and how to go about getting it quashed without her having to go back to Kansas ( I cant afford the airfare)? By the way, according to a friend of my daughters, the kids charges were dropped.
