If you will note, the Forum requests the Name of your State (US Law) only!
Moreover, hopefully your first charge will not lead you to more additional ones.

I'd have to guess with a charge like 242 PC he is in California (Battery).

On December15 trial was held in department 184, Superior court of California in and for the county of Los Angeles. In a moment the results of that trial...
