3 sales


What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA.

a friend of mine got cought possessing 3.5 gms of coke and told police he got it from me and became an informent ,then they made 3 sales 2 in my apt and one in a near by parking lot that gave them probable cause to serch my place.My girlfriends 15 yr old son was there useing the computer at the time of serch. well they didnt find any coke but they found a broken scale ,some siplock baggies and three types of stariods..when we got to my place i told her to back up and we toook off a mth later i turned myself in they wanted me to snich but i told them no ..so they charged me with a bunch of charges and i baid out ..my hearing is in 10 days and they are calling my girlfriend to come in and talk to them ,if she dosen't they will put a warrent for her arrest for taking off like she did ..my question is what dose it look for me and can they do that to her?

2. Yes.

Side note: Girlfriend should prepare herself to lose custody of her child to either CPS or the father.

Girlfriend should avoid talking to the police without a lawyer.

By the way my girlfriend dosen't live with me she was with me the day this happened..also just to add are the three sales enough for a conviction cause there was other people in the house at the times of sale the wieghts where 2.9,3.3 and 2.9 ..just trying to cover all ends need a good deffence.plus the ci. Has a worst record then me !!i must say !!! Is there a way of getting a discovery befor the poliminary ( 7 days )

NO you don't get discovery before the prelim. What are you attempting to discover anyhow. Stop screwing around, keep your trap shut until you have a lawyer. If you are indigent, on your first appearance in court request one before doing anything else.
