I have a question regarding the stipulations and procedures in a criminal case. My brother was incarcerated on the 26th of last month for drug paraphernalia and a warrant for a failure to appear in a previous matter. He wants me to be his third party recipient when I attend his court date on December 8th, but I am unfamiliar with this subject. What will I be liable for, and what qualifications would be needed? I am in Mojave county, (Bullhead City) please help.
