4th degree assault HELP SOME ATTORNEY ADVICE

Hi recently I called police on my boyfriend...they charged him with 4th degree assault/DV and prevention of me being able to call 911...he is currently on probation for failure to register as a 1st degree S.O. I asked for charges not to be pressed however they have been. They also put a no contact order on him to me yet we are allowed to communicate through a 3rd party because we have a child in common. About how much time is he looking at? What can I do to help him out? About how long will the no contact order be in order? We live in Washington State...he also has poss. of Meth on his record and skipping the state a while back when he was on probation...What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You need to let boyfriend worry about boyfriend and you need to protect your child from this sex offender drug addict that you have allowed to beat you.

Contacting a woman's shelter would be a good place to start.

You need to know that if you don't protect your child from this criminal, your daughter could be the next little girl found in a grave covered by cement down by the river.

It wouldn't be her daughter... he LURVES her. It'll be the neighbor's daughter who he sexually molests first BEFORE he puts her near the river.

Good gracious lady (and I use that term loosely), do us all a favor and put your child(ren) up for adoption, THEN you can do whatever you'd like with your boyfriend. Until that is, he ends up in prison for the rest of his life.
