Access to records w/o an attorney. What is the name of your state? UTAH I urgently need a copy of a 911 call that resulted in my arrest. I do not have a lawyer, as there are no professional ones in my area. Is there a simple way to subpoena that tape before it is destroyed/recorded over? Thank you. |

| if you are representing yourself in your criminal case, ask the prosecutor for a copy of the 911 tape. put the request in writing. |

| I had figured that much out already. Don't they record over previous recordings though and does the document have to be worded in a certain way or format? |
