Accessory?

What is the name of your state? Indiana

My nephew has recently moved in with my Mother, come to find out he is on the run because there are two warrants out for his arrest. Both are probation violations, one is a DUI the other Assault. I told her she should turn him in, but she is scared that she will be charged with harboring a criminal or something similar.
Do you think that she will be charged?

if she turns him in, then no. if the police find him and determine grandma actively concealed him, then yes she may face charges.
