What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
I hope this doesnt sound to vague but theres a story in a local paper where thers a discussion going on about the officers actions and was just curious about something. A gal got arrested for allegedly torching her boyfriends car. Their reasons for arresting her was they say an officer overheard her talking to a friend through an outside window about the fire. My question is would this conversation be allowed in court ?. I`m no lawyer, just curious is all. Thanks.
