Adult sending nude pics to 17 year old

My 17 year old daughter asked her 21 year old boyfriend for a nude picture which he sent to her. He did not ask for one of her and she did not send one in return. We live in California and he lives in New Hampshire. Can I charge him with anything to keep him away?

You cannot charge anybody with anything. You can make a complaint and the prosecutor will decide.

You can certainly restrict phone and internet privileges for your daughter and try to seek a restraining order against him. You can also report this to the police.
