advice please

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

I was arrested in Puerto Rico for D.U.I. I was let go and given a court date. I flew back home and would like to know what would happen if I missed my court date. Would i be arrested at the airport the next time I was to visit Puerto Rico? Any advice would be helpful...
