After A house search

Police with a suspiciously looking search warrant came into my house looking for stolen dvds. At the time, at the time only my mom who happens to not be fluent in English was at home (area of search). When i came home she told me 5 men had came in with a warrant that she handed me and taken my 190 dvd collection (bought and paid for with receipt that i still have). They also took my dvd player and my two computers!! Before leaving they left a carbon copy of a "Property Report" not really describing in detail what they had taken. Not detailed meaning what kind of computer they had taken or what were the titles of the dvd's they had taken. My question is how long do they get to keep my dvds? How do I find out who was in charge of the search and seizure operation because there on the Property Report there was only one signature and no contact information? What can i do to file a complaint if everything checks out to be legal? Can they use the same warrant twice and come in again? By the way, they were not very polite according to my mother who opened the door for them. I am infuriated about this injustice.hh
