Amendment Vi

What is the name of your state?Montana
Is an appointed attorney who has represented an indigent defendent in criminal court, obliged to continue representation in a retrial (due to a hung jury)?

Not necessarily ... at least, not necessarily the SAME attorney. The court can appoint another attorney in his/her stead.
