another trespassing question

What is the name of your state? MA

Is there any law against someone coming into my unlocked home if there was no other intent but to talk?

Do you mind that they do that? Do you want them to stop?

The actual problem is that my 40 year-old neighbor let himself into my house when my 15-year-old daughter was there alone to talk sexually to her.

So, yes, I mind a great deal

You have more than trespassing there. There are also possibly child indecency laws being broken or sexual harrassment laws, especially if your daughter did not welcome the "sex" talk and is offended.

What is the definition of Indecency with a Child law in Massachusetts?

Did he break this law just by talking to her (he never touched her or exposed himself)?
