Any help? What is the name of your state? Utah My 12 year old girl had a nightmare and came into bed with me. Her mother, my ex-wife, reported it to the state and police. They interviewd my 12 year old and 17 year old girls. They both said nothing has ever happened sexually. The detective wants me to come to the station tomorrow and "tell my side of the story". Should I take an attorney??What is the name of your state? |

| Will you walk into my parlour?" Said the spider to the fly; "'Tis the prettiest little parlour That ever you did spy. The way into my parlour Is up a winding stair; And I have many curious things To show you when you're there." "Oh, no, no," said the little fly; "To ask me is in vain; For who goes up your winding stair Can ne'er come down again." There are cops who could care less if you're guilty they just want a conviction. You damn sure better have the best lawyer you can find, and you can easily put off talking to them by informing them you re in the process of finding an attorney. If there was no worry they would not ask you to come into the station. |
