Any ideas of what might happen??

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

My childrens school pressed tresspassing charges and disturbing the peace charges against me. (screaming match between me and a teacher)

A police officer came to my home and told me about this. He said it was a waste of his time. He said he would try to get a meeting with the school, him, and me to see if he could get them to change their mind. This was over a month ago. I have not heard anything since. My question is this. Is this something that I have to go to court for?? The police chief in a different parish told me that in his parish I could just pay it like a ticket if I didn't want to fight it. Is it like that in the state or does it differ. I have never been in any kind of trouble (not even a speeding ticket) and am really worried about this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

yes, it is a repeat post. It has been a month and nothing has happened yet and I was hoping maybe someone could shed some light on the situation for me. I have been very worried.

Thank you

This is your link where these issues were discussed: http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=208817

Unless anyone's crystal ball is up and running, we can't shed any more light on it.

As JETX stated, "Then you will either be arrested, given a citation, or not. My crystal ball is still in the shop so I can't give you anything more specific than that!!"
