arrest it after i was off


What is the name of your state? california[ can police searc me .ok i got off from work my friend is on parole when we got home the block is full of cops i was try in to get home the cops see us park in my parking law and they were there for something else and they see us park then they rush us and stop us for no reason i had 20 minutes that t got off they start seaching and i have drugs personal used they arrest me and after they search my house and find a pipe .i did not do nothing for them to treat like acriminal

I'm gonna guess that your parolee friend was big part of the reason they were there. HE doesn't have a right to privacy, so he's free game.

Well, you were kicking it with a parolee that apparently had attracted their attention, and you were carrying dope ... by definition possessing unlawful drugs makes you a criminal.
