Arrest & Disposition

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Arrested 13 years ago for a felony. Released after 10 hours and never went to court or was charged (other than arrested).


What would my disposition be? Is it possible to get something?

Also it was arrest for grand larceny

I don't live in the state anymore so if it's possible to get a disposition do I need to hire a lawyer to get it? Send in a ceritified form?
