Arrest records are available under the Freedom of Information Act. How do you think TV news folks get all the info about someone if they are arrested for a high profile crime? The police don't readily make this info available. I was able to read my brothers entire arrest record while he was in jail, all I did was ask. Copy and paste the following URL into your browser.

How do you think this website got all their info? Filled out a FIA form and it was given to them. Sorry, arrest records are consider public information.
