I'm currently in a civil lawsuit with an ex-business partner. He initiated the dissolve of the partnership by email notification and having the office locks changed within 30 minutes of the notification.
Since that time some 6 weeks ago he has had police show up at my door with a warrant for the return of company cars and this morning he had an arrest warrant issued for credit card theft by fraud and deception.
I have filed a counter suit denying and and all of these allegations.
My question....
1. Can I issues some type of injunction or restraining order getting this guy off my back until the civil case is resolved?
2. Can I issue an arrest warrant for harassment and what seems to me to be a multitude of other remedies?
