I have a 9yr old felony warrant from texas upon which I was arrested and released in South Dakota because Texas did not extradite . Since then I have been pulled over by police and have had my license run through dispatch with my warrant not showing up. My question is, Is my arrest warrant still on the NCIC register?

It might be ... it might not. If it is, it could be that the NCIC entry indicates no extradition from wherever you have been contacted.
