Arrested but not charged

Bern arrest a few times but charges were never filed. I was the booked, finger printed or mug shot taken. I was even fined or any thing. I was released to my parents. Is the any chanhe the border agents can see my arrest under a back ground check. I'm planning on visit the states

Arrested where and for what? Generally, they're not going to get worked up on things that didn't result in a conviction. However, certain PENDING charges and a history of certain activities may be noted and a cause for concern. What country are you a citizen of?

Canada. No are no pending charges a either. 16 theft and 19 Arson. Once again charges were never filed and I released both time directly from the scene
