are you just stupid or do you not read the post ?i never solicitaed i never made arrangments and i bought the condoms while leaving there set place of meeting .i was never in a chat room and was doing my search criteria searches and it was 1230 am on thursday you can never be sure who your talking to on instant messaging and ive met women that said they were younger then 18 at first because they didnt want to tlk or meet anyone when in fact they were of age and did want to meet me after conversing for awhile so read the post with out assuming or having a bias opinion .and to awnser the questions on penal code numbers they are 664/288(a) and 647.3-6

But, if the person you were chatting with claimed to be under 18 and then you went to meet them anyway (after buying condoms and booze) then you are going to be charged. Given that fact set, I'd arrest you as well.

It started out as a 13 year old but then the girl got suspicious and got her dad involved who basically set this guy up, which I would have done also but I dont know if I would have called the police first. I think I would have met him first then called the police.

Oh yea and an ambulance for him.

Police said a new box of condoms and an unopened alcoholic drink were found in his car.
The girl had exchanged several instant messages Thursday with a man who said he was 29 before becoming uncomfortable with the sexual nature of his remarks, police said.
She told her father, who took over at the computer pretending to be his daughter and made plans to meet the man. The father got the man's cell phone number and a description of his car, then called police.
